"Müşteri Servis Takibi" Uygulaması Gizlilik Politikası

Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Müşteri Servis Takibi ("Uygulama", "biz") tarafından toplanan, kullanılan ve paylaşılan bilgileri açıklamaktadır. Pro özelliklerinin eklenmesiyle birlikte, veri uygulamalarımız bulut senkronizasyonunu ve abonelik yönetimini desteklemek üzere güncellenmiştir. Uygulamamızı kullanarak, bu politikada açıklanan uygulamaları kabul etmiş olursunuz.
1. Topladığımız Bilgiler
Uygulamayı nasıl kullandığınıza bağlı olarak bilgileri iki ana şekilde toplarız:
- Sizin Doğrudan Sağladığınız Bilgiler (Müşteri Verileri):
- Müşteri Adı ve Soyadı
- Müşteri Adresi
- Müşteri İletişim Bilgileri (Telefon numarası, e-posta vb.)
- Müşteriye özel parçalar, bakım periyotları ve bakım tarihleri.
- Müşteri ile ilgili ek notlar.
- Hesap ve Abonelik Bilgileri (Pro Kullanıcılar):
- E-posta Adresi ve Kullanıcı ID'si: Pro özelliklerini kullanmak için bir hesaba kaydolduğunuzda, sizi tanımlamak için e-posta adresinizi ve benzersiz bir Kullanıcı ID'si toplarız.
- Abonelik Durumu: Abonelik durumunuzla ilgili bilgileri (örneğin, aktif, süresi dolmuş) üçüncü taraf abonelik yönetim hizmetimiz olan RevenueCat'ten alırız. Kredi kartı numaraları gibi ödeme bilgilerinizi toplamıyor veya saklamıyoruz; bu işlemler güvenli bir şekilde App Store veya Google Play Store tarafından yürütülür.
2. Veri Sorumluluğu ve Sizin Rolünüz
Uygulamamızın Pro sürümünü kullanarak müşterilerinizin kişisel verilerini bulut sunucularımızda sakladığınızda, Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ve ilgili diğer veri koruma mevzuatları uyarınca bu verilerin "Veri Sorumlusu" siz olursunuz.
- Veri Sorumlusu Olarak Sorumluluklarınız: Müşterilerinize ait kişisel verileri (isim, adres, telefon vb.) uygulamamıza girmeden önce, onlara gerekli yasal aydınlatmayı yapmak ve bu verileri işlemek için geçerli bir hukuki sebebe (örneğin, açık rıza veya sözleşmenin ifası) dayanmak tamamen sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.
- Bizim Rolümüz (Veri İşleyen): Bu süreçte "Müşteri Servis Takibi" uygulaması, sizin adınıza ve talimatlarınız doğrultusunda verileri güvenli bir şekilde depolayan, yedekleyen ve senkronize eden bir "Veri İşleyen" konumundadır. Girdiğiniz verilerin içeriğinden, doğruluğundan veya yasallığından sorumlu değiliz.
3. Veri Depolama ve Güvenlik
Verilerinizin saklanma şekli, Misafir/Ücretsiz bir kullanıcı mı yoksa bir Pro abonesi mi olduğunuza bağlıdır.
- Misafir / Ücretsiz Kullanıcılar İçin: Girdiğiniz tüm müşteri verileri, yalnızca ve sadece sizin kendi mobil cihazınızda yerel olarak saklanır. Verileriniz hiçbir zaman bir sunucuya gönderilmez. Verilerinizin güvenliği, cihazınızın güvenliğine bağlıdır.
- Pro Aboneler İçin: Bulut yedeklemesini ve çoklu cihaz senkronizasyonunu etkinleştirmek için, sağladığınız müşteri verileri Supabase tarafından sağlanan üçüncü taraf sunucularda güvenli bir şekilde saklanır. Verilerinizi aktarım ve depolama sırasında korumak için endüstri standardı güvenlik önlemleri kullanıyoruz. Bu kapsamda "Müşteri Servis Takibi", sizin adınıza bir "Veri İşleyen" olarak hareket eder ve siz, müşterilerinizin verilerinin "Veri Sorumlusu" olmaya devam edersiniz.
4. Bilgilerinizi Nasıl Kullanıyoruz?
Bilgilerinizi aşağıdaki amaçlar için kullanırız:
- Sizin adınıza, uygulamanın temel işlevi olan müşteri ve bakım takibini sağlamak.
- (Pro Kullanıcılar) Kullanıcı hesabınızı oluşturmak ve yönetmek.
- (Pro Kullanıcılar) Verilerinizi birden fazla cihaz arasında senkronize etmek.
- (Pro Kullanıcılar) Aboneliğinizi yönetmek ve Pro özelliklerine erişim sağlamak.
- Destek veya önemli güncellemeler için sizinle iletişim kurmak.
5. Veri Paylaşımı ve Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetler
Kişisel verilerinizi satmıyoruz. Ancak, hizmetlerimizi sunabilmek için bilgileri aşağıdaki üçüncü taraf hizmet sağlayıcılarla paylaşıyoruz:
- Supabase: Pro aboneler için veritabanı barındırma, bulut depolama ve kullanıcı kimlik doğrulaması için kullanılır. Müşteri verileriniz onların güvenli sunucularında saklanır. Gizlilik politikalarını buradan inceleyebilirsiniz.
- RevenueCat: Uygulama içi abonelikleri yönetmek ve App Store/Google Play Store ile satın alımları doğrulamak için kullanılır. Abonelik durumunuzu yönetmek için Kullanıcı ID'nizi RevenueCat ile paylaşırız. Gizlilik politikalarını buradan inceleyebilirsiniz.
- App Store / Google Play Store: Abonelikler için tüm ödeme işlemlerini yürütür. Ödeme detaylarınızı görmüyor veya saklamıyoruz.
6. Haklarınız ve Kontrol
Verileriniz üzerinde tam kontrole sahipsiniz. Şunları yapabilirsiniz:
- Uygulama arayüzü üzerinden istediğiniz zaman müşteri bilgilerini ekleyebilir, düzenleyebilir veya silebilirsiniz.
- (Pro Kullanıcılar) Aşağıdaki e-posta adresi üzerinden bizimle iletişime geçerek hesabınızın ve bulutta saklanan tüm verilerinizin silinmesini talep edebilirsiniz.
- Veri Sorumlusu olarak, kendi müşterilerinizden gelen yasal veri taleplerini (veriye erişim, verinin silinmesi, düzeltilmesi vb.) karşılamaktan siz sorumlusunuz. Uygulamamız, bu talepleri yerine getirmenize yardımcı olmak amacıyla verileri düzenleme ve silme araçlarını size sunmaktadır.
7. Çocukların Gizliliği
Bu uygulama 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek onlardan kişisel bilgi toplamaz.
8. Bu Politikadaki Değişiklikler
Uygulamalarımızdaki değişiklikleri yansıtmak için bu gizlilik politikasını güncelleyebiliriz. Yaptığımızda, "Son Güncelleme Tarihi"ni güncelleyeceğiz. Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncellenmiş politikayı kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

Privacy Policy for "Müşteri Servis Takibi" App

This Privacy Policy describes how Müşteri Servis Takibi ("the Application," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information. With the introduction of Pro features, our data practices have been updated to support cloud synchronization and subscription management. By using our Application, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information in two main ways, depending on how you use the Application:
- Information You Provide Directly (Customer Data):
- Customer Name and Surname
- Customer Address
- Customer Contact Information (e.g., phone number, email)
- Customer-specific parts, maintenance periods, and maintenance dates.
- Additional notes related to the customer.
- Account and Subscription Information (Pro Users):
- Email Address and User ID: When you sign up for an account to use Pro features, we collect your email address and a unique User ID to identify you.
- Subscription Status: We receive information about your subscription status (e.g., active, expired) from our third-party subscription management service, RevenueCat. We do not collect or store your payment information like credit card numbers; this is handled securely by the App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Data Responsibility and Your Role
When you use the Pro version of our Application to store your customers' personal data on our cloud servers, you are the "Data Controller" of this data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), KVKK, and other relevant data protection laws.
- Your Responsibilities as Data Controller: It is solely your responsibility to provide the necessary legal information to your customers and to have a valid legal basis (e.g., explicit consent or performance of a contract) for processing their personal data before you enter it into our Application.
- Our Role (Data Processor): In this process, the "Müşteri Servis Takibi" application acts as a "Data Processor" on your behalf, securely storing, backing up, and synchronizing the data according to your instructions. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or legality of the data you enter.
3. Data Storage and Security
The way your data is stored depends on whether you are a Guest/Free user or a Pro subscriber.
- For Guest / Free Users: All customer data you enter is stored solely and exclusively on your own mobile device. Your data is never sent to any server. The security of your data depends on the security of your device.
- For Pro Subscribers: To enable cloud backup and multi-device synchronization, the customer data you provide is securely stored on third-party servers provided by Supabase. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data during transmission and storage. In this capacity, "Müşteri Servis Takibi" acts as a "Data Processor" on your behalf, and you remain the "Data Controller" of your customers' data.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use your information for the following purposes:
- To provide, on your behalf, the core functionality of customer and maintenance tracking.
- (Pro Users) To create and manage your user account.
- (Pro Users) To synchronize your data across multiple devices.
- (Pro Users) To manage your subscription and provide access to Pro features.
- To communicate with you for support or important updates.
5. Information Sharing and Third-Party Services
We do not sell your personal data. However, to provide our services, we share information with the following third-party service providers:
- Supabase: Used for database hosting, cloud storage, and user authentication for Pro subscribers. All your customer data is stored on their secure servers. You can view their privacy policy here.
- RevenueCat: Used to manage in-app subscriptions and verify purchases with the App Store/Google Play Store. We share your User ID with RevenueCat to manage your subscription status. You can view their privacy policy here.
- App Store / Google Play Store: Handles all payment processing for subscriptions. We do not see or store your payment details.
6. Your Rights and Control
You have full control over your data. You can:
- Add, edit, or delete customer information at any time through the app interface.
- (Pro Users) Request the deletion of your account and all associated cloud data by contacting us via the email below.
- As the Data Controller, you are responsible for fulfilling legal data requests from your own customers (e.g., data access, deletion, correction, etc.). Our Application provides you with the tools to edit and delete data to help you meet these obligations.
7. Children's Privacy
This Application is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy to reflect changes in our practices. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Application signifies your acceptance of the updated policy.
